At the moment we have a Alvan blanch 2. 1/2 t h continuous flow it’s very simple reliable but slow. It’s in a brick barn so no room for a big dryer .so we would need to move to a a different location if we got a big dryer .this may not be a bad thing but will cost a lot more.and trying to keep costs down.so have seen a few outdoor drying bins for sale for not a lot of money.we could keep the Alvan where it is and run a drying bin separate.also we grow beans so thought it might be better drying them in a bin. Just got me thinking when i looked in the grain store the other night at the tiny pile of dry grain it had taken all day to do.
