From A30 Sourton Cross take the A386 signposted Okehampton. At roundabout turn left on A3079 signposted Halwill Junction. Continue for 2 miles and take right hand turn signposted Ashbury. Follow road past Ashbury and into Northlew. When in Northlew turn left signposted Kimber, take the first turning left and the farm will be after a short distance on your left hand side. ‘To the Sale’ signs will be posted locally on the day of the sale.
VIEWING:
On morning of the sale only from 8.00am onwards.
VAT:
The vendor is VAT registered, so VAT will be added to the purchase price of most lots unless otherwise stated at the time of sale.
CLEARANCE:
Please note that the farm has been sold and all lots must be removed from the sale field by 5.00pm Monday 15th April 2019.
