Cracking job matey, that looks very professional.
All fitted and plumbed, ready for action!unfortunatly it wasn't all plain sailing.....
I plumbed into the lift cylinder circuit, with the theory that, once loaded, it would be easier to lift the tailgate, rather than the body.
But, I'd fitted some pilot operated check valves, that came with the cylinders, as I wanted to make sure it stayed shut, and the body lift circuit has a float mode, so they were essential.
I'd also had a bit of a guess on the size of the hoses, reducing them greatly for the supply to the tailgate , hoping for some degree of simultaneous movement....
It was a flop, long story short, the valves weren't suitable, a quick call to @Mr Happy , and he soon came up with a solution, two new valves were then fitted and it worked like a dream
And the simultaneous operation I'd hoped for was also a reality!
This is several shots of a tiptailgate is well on its way before the body is barely off the chassisTailgate fully open at this pointhey prestoanother job done
My life would be a mess without Cardboard Aided DesignCouldn't put it better myself @ Cab-over Pete. The way he uses CAD to help him make things is really impressive. The man's a genius.
is it plumb up with tipping rams or on its own ?
Any more progress @Shovelhands
No afraid not

Anything been happening in the workshop? @Shovelhands
Just not good enough, we are all patiently waiting for updates, you've even got an extra hour tonightWell, I’ve been very busy, joe!.....sadly not in the workshop
But, as they say in ‘The North’....’Winter is coming’.......
So I will hopefully get some time to carry on with Project A...
On another note, I will have to sort a mounting out, for the Flail I’ve recently got. And some minor repairs to it as well. So there will be some workshop action soon enough
Getting the Flail stripped down for mods and repairs....
