shuttered walls

I'm thinking about making a shuttered wall along one end of a shed to hold grain, I would like to know how wide to space the reinforcing bars please? I see some people using mesh, I was thinking of just using rebars horizontally the same as if it was concrete panels

Thanks in advance for any advice
I am no structural engineer but I put mesh in as well as 5 horizontals and several verticals in a grain retaining wall.

The one I posted early in this thread is cattle retaining, 10 inches thick.

Sorry, small picture but it is a grain wall that I did a while ago - end of the shed so it has to be loader proof as well.

Roughly how much does a tank like these cost to then put a building etc over the top. approximately 10ft deep 30ft wide 60ft long?
what thickness do you go 6" slab 10" sides? would you create a bigger square box where a column is going to be?
