Siloking weigher

Been asked to have a look at a siloking wagon that isn't weighing, under the suspicion that isn't had wires chewed.

It has got an ADD 11 box and when powered up it comes up with r501, followed by a series of dashes and then settles on HHH on the display. Pressing zero does nothing, holding zero puts PA on the display but cat get anything else to happen.
Does anyone know what the various messages displayed mean? See attached pictures

Ours shows 501 on start up
HHH is over weight
The manual is on kv website and very helpful. You’ve got to hold 2 buttons together to reset. Ours plays up when white Connection box under Steps gets knocked. Check all connections but don’t over tighten as will strip threads. Wd40 on connectors helps a lot

Definitely an issue as it's displaying HHH while empty, have found the manual online so will try some troubleshooting as the white box looks perfectly clean and dry inside

Did you get this sorted?
I need to change the display as old one gone dim in sunlight. New box Off eBay reads r400 on startup. Anyone know how or whether can be swapped?

I’ve a siloking box. When David King electronics repaired it. I’m sure he said to me the r501 or r400 was just relating to the software on it. I think he told me it was nothing to worry about. As mine works fine with a different r number currently. All I had to was calibrate the box by weighing a known weight. If that’s any help.

I got the one I was working on sorted simply by going through the procedure for testing the cells individually, which showed them all as working and since then it's worked faultlessly

Thanks that’s helpful. We plugged the other box in and the weight wasn’t a constant figure but gradually dropped so not sure the eBay box is sound. Further investigation required

Hello, I'm having the same problem. Could you tell me what is this procedure to get the HHH problem fixed. Or could you let me know where to find a manual with instructions for this procedure. Thank you

Thank you. What do you recommend I should try first? Would it just be a matter of calibrating it or would I still have to disconnect the wires coming from the weigh cells and go through the procedure shown in the first photograph that you uploaded. I know very little about them to be honest
I dont know that much, all I did was go through the process to eliminate the cells, none of them showed up as faulty and once connected back up it worked, only sent the other pages as you said the gearbox had been changed so thought that may have affected the calibration
