We have an old simple GPS light bar for spreading fert on ploughed ground, works grand but could I wire the antenna into the intelliview screen through the bnc connection to accomplish the same thing?

While waiting for comments from Intelliview experts I'd say it is a no go.

You could tell more about your old simple GPS light bar but if your antenna is connected with a coax cable to the light bar, it then is a plain antenna only. The GNSS receiver must be at your light bar unit.

Intelliview IV seems to run with an NH 372 receiver which is an integrated device, includes the antenna and a GNSS receiver (among other features). The intelliview screen itself does not have any GNSS receiver.

Makes sense yes I was half thinking that was the case, just a mad notion when driving around. First year with the T7 so everyday is a school day.
