Been using Sinconil on the wheat and for the third year running it has blocked all the filters even though it’s been washed through 4 times with clean water, what can I use to clean it out.

What else was it tank mixed with?
Did you rinse the sprayer out straight after finishing spraying?
No spray is cheap enough to be worth blocking your sprayer up especially 3 years on the trot! Not that you will need to worry about it for much longer as CTL is loosing its authorisation.

You can get proper sprayer cleaner, DeSangosse do one. Some people have used dishwasher tablets to similar effect, but not done it myself.

All Clear Extra is for cleaning SU chemical residues (Atlantis/broadway star/Ally Max etc) out before spraying a sensitive crop like beet or peas. I have found it not so good at shifting other stuff for a few years now.

:banghead: see this time and again. As said above All Clear Extra is for cleaning SU herbicide products out of your tank, Tank and Equipment cleaner is what you need for general cleaning of the sprayer inside and out.
You havent mentioned yet whether you mixed anything with the Sinconil either? I bet thats your issue rather than the product on its own.

All Clear Extra is better than you think. I use it neat for cleaning blocked nozzles because nothing else will shift the crud. Even DeSangosse Tank & Equipment Cleaner.

I used to think it was pretty good at getting stuff off, but seems less good now. Using it neat is fine for a set of nozzles, but it would be a pretty expensive way to clean a whole sprayer system!

It was mixed with boogie xpro ,adjust and ipanema

That's basically Terpal, chlormequat (?) Aviator and Helix. Nothing I'd be concerned about there. What was in the previous tank mix? Sinconil is the only suspension in your mix, so I still wonder if you've had old stuff that has settled out then gone in through the induction bowl in lumps.

Previous mix was mobius, maxman and spitfire.I always add chemicals when the tank is 1/3 full but looking on the can lables it says to add to a 1/2 full tank

I’ve had same, bought last November due to warnings of ban/shortfall.
Shaken cans hard after first load problems which continued throughout plan.
Yes there were other fungicide in mix but stopped when I swapped product (ctl) which I’d bought forward for t2 (chlorothalis). No bother then!
