Very much bargain basement stuff. Capable of doing a job for sure. But will be worth next to nowt a few years old which may or may not be an issue of keeping it.
If it was my money I'd be going for a tidy used mainstream brand for same money as a new sitrex.

Got a four rotor Sitrex Tedder. No major problems, but in a heavy swath you have to go down the gears or you’ll break tines. Maybe could do with better protection of the shafts at the rear which can get tangled with grass, although never let us down as such.
