Sorry to give a non answer but there are so many variables. All makes of pellets will spread differently. All pelleter spread differently down to size of motor and speed of disc. FW did a report on a few a few years ago I think and it showed the variability.

I have a Stock Fan Jet Pro Plus mounted on a trailer about 1.2m above the ground. 36m tramlines & 18m is about the limit but that suits me ok.

For 24m I think you'd want a fertiliser spreader. I've used a Kuhn as an example because they have good spreading charts. Note the higher PTO speed - I took one that normally runs at 750 rpm for fertiliser.

The charts run up to 30m on S8 discs but the PTO speed is 900 rpm and the vanes are set at max.

My spladings speader has passed its tray test 7 out of the last 10 at 24m with Lynx H, only reason for the 3 unsuccessful years was wind, far to windy of test day, it needs to be still for 24m, if I can’t wait for a still day I go at 12m. 24m is at 3000rpm on the disc.

We find with our Stocks Fan Jet that as you increase the rate per ha, it slows the disc down due to weight of pellets and therefore reduces spread width. We tend to go slower at a lower aperture number to get the right rate and the right width.

I wonder as well if the battery/charge will stand a full days spreading and keep the disc speed necessary even if it didn’t slow much initially during the day. A spreader with a Honda engine mechanically driven!

My Bullock spinner will throw Ironflex pellets to 24m easily as long as the disc is running flat out. @Bumble Bee - do you ever have trouble with the slide jamming shut on yours?

I’ve had that a couple of times on mine, after it’s been sat unused a while. I squibbed a bit of WD40 on the moving parts and slid it open & shuts few times and it sorted it. I always make a point of checking it all over before I put pellets in it now, but it’s not been an issue recently.

Agree that it seems to throw Ironmax out to 24m pretty evenly.

My KRM (bogballe) seems to chuck em out nicely to 24m

Using sluxx at the moment, but derrexis fine...

Didn't get on too well with the micro pellets in a purple &white bag though. Forget the name..

Bogballe chart is WAY off though !!
