Mates got one and he reckons its useless for removing grout even with the fancy diamond blades.

Use an air grinder, you can then regulate the speed by reducing air flow & applied physical pressure on the disk

Use a cheap electric angle grinder style car buffer, they usually have a speed adjustment knob.

Used to be able to buy them here for about 40 bucks.

I did my bathroom floor by hand with this tool.

Was surprisingly easy and didnt take long at all but maybe the person before used poor grout?
