Small turbine in auction

I saw a complete wind turbine in an auction, but have no idea of the power of this kind of windmills. I know similar small turbines with a shaft height of 12-15 meter have a max. power of 10-15 kW. Does anyone recognize this turbine?
How about the foundation of these kind of turbines? The EAZ wind turbines that you see in The Netherlands have a really simple prefab concrete slab as foundation with a few anchors. Would that be sufficient for a turbine like on the auction?

Not answering your question atall but how much is 1 of those eaz turbines? And do they need planning
Around 80-90 000 euros. You get government support/subsidy but that's only 8000 approximately.
Spending 80k euros is a bit too much for me, we only use more electricity between oktobre and march when drying/storing the potatoes. We have 6 fans installed, each 2 kW. Not that much. When the potatoes are out we only have the house and the workshop for some maintenance jobs and in future maybe some woodchip drying with the electric fans.

I would think it is about 5Kw going by the size of the blades
others with more knowledge may correct me
My limited knowledge suggests such a turbine will produce 3-5000 units per year may be more on a very good site

If cheap enough like anything possibly worth a chance.
If in UK you would need planning permission not certain what Netherlands is like though?.
Does particulars state 300 v ,24 v, 12 v ie what generator is in it?.
How old?.
Is this firm still going?
Can you get parts?.
Not certain base you need or looks like any lowering section if any on it possibly missing or you need crane to get at generator when installed?

I agree -looks 3-5kw.
And proably Chinese. Any electrics with it ? like inverters/controllers ? Could be a cheap tower for another turbine tho......

Can't find any details and there is no viewing day apparently. 3-5 kW seems a bit small for what I need over here. For placing any turbines with a rotor diameter more than 2 meters we will need permission as well over here...
