Claim SOH3 Multi species summer cover crop. (£163)
Establish Wheat Beans Oats in Late Oct
Claim CIPM3 Companion crop (£55)
Claim SOH1 Direct drilling (£73)

You can’t claim soh3 because it needs to be sown in the spring .When your other crops are already growing
I think you can.
Summer cover crop soh3 says between two cash crops iirc.
Perhaps you're thinking of soh2 (spring sown cover crop that pays the same)
I'd almost forgotten about it until this thread.
I've been doing a short cover anyway, between crops, happy days.
It does say well established cover though.
Add in the variable fertiliser bit too.

Can you please quote the rule that says that.

I understand companion crop can be harvested, but a cover crop cannot.
just had another look and it looks like you are correct you can still take companion to harvest sorry for confusion .not sure where i thought i saw that ?
 
It's what happens when the powers that be change the rules around so often.

There's going to be lots of mistakes made.
Every one needs to compartmentalise the rules for each action keeping copies of each action they enter and not relying on assumptions and memory

each action has a different code so Rpa visitor will find easy to differentiate each claim
