is there any way to split a swath from a 40ft rotary so it could be baled by a narrower pick up baler

The trouble with rotaries is the straw is smashed up that much you leave a lot on the ground if you do thatSpread and the re-row it with a haybob?

I hate baling behind rotary combines

we used a haybob to make two rows from a 35 foot table just drive to one side and one set of tines will drag half of it to make another row
might try a haybob ......single row rake might be an idea for another year @neilo ..........archaic ...but i wonder if a vicon acrobat might do it
Very brittle and hard . Thick stem . Useless for bedding as it wont soak up and cattle dont like eating it
