I'm looking into how education and staff training is perceived within the Dairy industry as well as how it effects Dairy cow productivity.

The debate at the moment is do you invest in staff training to insure staff retention, Im finding the farms that lack team meetings and the want to better their staff are the farms with a higher staff turn over. Its a catch 22 do you invest in a person to better your business
