one of the other intentions is to gain planning on the land, This requires livestock which will need to be onsite for.
Hence calf rearing, it wont be my primary job as i work in another industry from home.

I thought the farming would need to be your main income to get planning? Could be wrong mind

There are ways around that with a good accountant.

If i could make a full time living out of farming i would, however i can not see this happening in the near future so have to use my other business to subsidise farming
