Due to our expanding portfolio, we are now looking to recruit a number of new positions in the Midlands, East of England and South Wales.
UK agriculture is entering into an era of unprecedented change as the Agriculture Act of 2020 begins to be applied. This will create challenges but also huge opportunities for farmers and land managers who are forward thinking and progressive. We are looking for people who want to embrace all of the exciting skillsets and research that are present within ADAS and make a difference to our farmer clients by providing them with the business knowledge to enable success and prosperity.
Key to achieving a prosperous and sustainable farming business is managing the fundamental resources of soil, water and nutrients to maximise efficient production whilst undertaking measures to protect the environment and biodiversity for the future. We require all our staff to have a broad understanding of these areas, in addition to technical knowledge of farm business management for this role in particular.
