[emoji23] No :stop: it’s when you get over taken by the people carrying a washing machine when you feel the neee to kick them
Training was going epic until last week when my asthmas decided to go crazy  change of inhalers and a course of steroids and I’ll hopefully be breathing by then :cautious:
Oooh, that's not ideal. I've never been much of a runner so I take my hat of to you. Chapeau!

Hope the Marathon went well and you had a great day. Not too painful I hope.

Thank you :smug: i really enjoyed it but the heat made it so much harder so I just plodded around! I feel fine apart from the big blisters I have on my feet  currently soaking them in Epsom salts and then applying some dressings :woot: glad I have tomorrow off work as well

I jibbed and didn’t pay the entry  I felt like I’d abandoned Rhys will all my training for the last 4 months and didn’t think it would be fair to keep doing so  there’s always next year

I van see your point shame you didnt pay you could have defered to next year for a guaranteed place.

I know  the charity I ran for does places for that though with a minimum pledge of £250 so not too bad (y)
I’m looking forward to just going out for a little spin on my bike with no pressure or worries now

Well done @mrs mtx thats not a shabby ride.

Well i have my new Cervélo c3 bike and have stuck 80 miles on it this week, but am struggling to get position just right so just enquired about a bike fit again. I also have a new pair of Mavic Cosmic wheels so i cam swap wheel sets and ratios for the weekly TT series, however the cosmics are tubeless ready and i am having trouble getting the valves to seal

Go tubeless they said it be worth it they said!
