Struggling abit

Last time I was away for a night was at school age, personally I face probs every day I leave the house. Just going to friends for instance or to cart abit of silage. Where are u ?

A form of aspergers. To be more in depth I panic and get worked up over small things and worries, new places. So much so that if I have to go slemthere new he days before I can't eat or sleep and at worse I be physically sick and dizzy and nearly faint. That is like that most weeks if not most days. That's it I do remember you telling us before brave to say again are you fine once you get to a place?

I could be fine for 10 mins then one breath or one swallow could change that to panic and need to get home straight away

Yeah it is .asked friend if we could go to see a sheep friend I know and he's 40 or so mins from me and I'm already tense and worried about the journey there and it might never happen

Kilrea, about an hour east of you, nice drive over the hills on a sunny day.....it shouldn't that different to your own place...

If you stayed away for a night before there is no reason why you can't come here for a hour...

Trying to find good ones is hard part, have had handful over the years and none helped at all or helped in long run. On medicine for it which helps alittle

Is it a case of the more you get out the less worked up you would get it is it just a part of your ilness that won't go away

Do you know what your grandfather was like? As in your dad's father. He may have treated your dad the same when younger.

I could do a thing and go a place lots and lots and be fine but one moment at any time at any place no matter how often I'm there could ruin it and have to come home and that will be like starting all over about that place

I think if you get away will which will be extremely difficult for you.
But when you do you will come home with a different view on things.

So could you not go and throw yourself into someone else's farm I prob speak for 90% of the folk on here who work for another farm you treat it as if it's your own I know I certainly do

very brave and honest of you to come on here and talk about it.....the only comfort i can give is that you can come on here and 'share your troubles'....generations before you didn't have the internet or the opportunity

I approached a sheep man for job with sheep but wasn't interested, I alwyss treat anyone's farm or animals like there my own
