Out and about this week trucking. It's been none stop 24/7! Hauling from Immingham for one of our international customers, supporting the Royal Dragoon Guards of the British Army, and keeping our agricultural ties firm with a load heading South. (y)

***CHRISTMAS HOLIDAY PERIOD***
Please note, we will be closed from 5pm on the 19th of December, and we will re open on the 5th of January 2015.

It's been a busy year for us again at both Sumo and Sumo Heavy Haulage, with plenty of shows & events to keep the trucks busy on the road. To everyone who has come along to see us at these events, or at our Open Days in at the factory in October, thank you very much.
A big shout out to our social media followers as well, hopefully we manage to keep you all up to date with our recent ventures!

Thank you to all of our dealers for your support towards Sumo Heavy Haulage throughout 2014. We wouldn't be where we are now without your support and it is very much appreciated.

Time for a little rest, and then it's full steam ahead for the drivers and their trucks taking machines to the Lamma Show.

Enjoy the festive period everyone, eat, drink and be merry! Happy Christmas (y)

Just a few pictures from this week and the end of last week here at Sumo Heavy Haulage.

The John Deere's were loaded yesterday and are being delivered to Coldstream and Dunbar.

Last week at Lamma we had our demonstration Quatro on the stand, which we sold to our dealer Oliver Landpower. That was delivered Friday last week by us, fresh from the show!

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
