SUMO UK ltd are now offering a full machinery logistics service; SUMO Heavy Haulage.
We are experienced in machinery movements across the UK and our aim is to make sure your machines arrive at their destination on time and in dispatch condition.

Machinery, plant, long or wide loads can be catered for and all paperwork can be handled by our transport department, allowing you to run your business while we make all the necessary arrangements to insure that your loads fully comply with UK law.

We operate a modern and well maintained fleet which has seen significant investment in the latest most efficient and environmentally friendly equipment, drivers are also fully uniformed so you can be sure your customers are met by a clean and tidy truck and driver.

It's been a busy few days this week for Sumo Heavy Haulage!
Loading a new John Deere straight off the boat from the USA, E5UMO loading out of London Docks, moving 4x4 DAF'S and finally moving a 4m demonstration DTS whilst the weathers prime for drilling! :)

Loaded up and ready to go last night. The John Deere and our DD (direct drill) continue their demo campaign, and a new DTS on its way to Louth Tractors. (y)

It's a miserable day weather wise here at Sumo Heavy Haulage HQ, but this 12m Strake on it's way to Louth Tractors has certainly brightened the day up!

Our 6m DD for the demonstration plot and new Valtra on route this afternoon to the Cereals Event. Not much sun in Yorkshire, hopefully it is brighter in Lincolnshire!

This tractor is being moved on behalf of a customer in Lancashire.
The tractor has just had a full refurbishment and has gone straight to work pulling a 4m Quatro.(y)

Night time is the right time for B15UMO, loaded with a JCB JS220.

Webinar: Expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive offer 2024 -26th Sept

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.
