It's a pretty bleak and foggy day here today at Sumo HQ, so here's a throwback to sunnier times earlier in the year :).
Interested in the concept of Direct Drilling? Then look no further than the Sumo DD.....

This Wheat was drilled on the 27th of October into 9 week old Radish cover crop with a 4.8m grain only DD (direct drill) near Brigg in Lincolnshire, very pleasing results.

As 2016 draws to a close, the team here at Sumo will be taking a short, but well earned break

**SUMO CROP DIARY UPDATE 1**

Back in Autumn 2016 we managed to get some great photographs of a customers 9m DTS working on the Lincolnshire Wolds.

DTS9 and DD6-35.jpg

Since then, we've left our time lapse camera there and it has been tracking the progress of the crop.

The drilling was done on the 30th of September 2016, Crusoe Winter Wheat @ 170kgs/ha. The crop was rolled after sowing, and Avadex applied. Since then, a basic pre emergance spraying programme has taken place.

Stay tuned for the next installment!
