The Sunday Times have an article today titled "Is giving up dairy really good for you?"

Anyone care to cut and paste please?

It doesn't look a great article from the opening (free) paragraph tbh but I'd like to view anyway. It mentions a study showing dairy doesn't raise cholesterol levels, so that's the depth of knowledge the journalist is bringing to the table. I'd like to give it a go anyway, TIA.

In Saturday’s weekend section.

VERY positive article with the large font strapline:

“It can protect you against cancer and boost heart health. Maybe it isnt so bad”

Thank you, Ms Bee!

One tiny quibble, or it would have been mwahs! all round: it isn't "full-fat" dairy. It's whole dairy.

ETA, should be in the Grauniad, too.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
