T6090 Power command calibration

Does anyone keep getting U78 code back when trying to calibrate their power command transmission?

78 Transmission regulated pressure accumulator is discharged

I believe its referring to the torque/damper plate calibration as it is a U code used for the calibration process, for example U23 shuttle in neutral position but i may be wrong! i was hoping it was not an accumulator fault !
I am unable to calibrate the transmission i just get U78 each time.

U78 is damper calibration value too low. Could be an issue with your flywheel sensor, or possibly the damper plate. Have you had any noises from that area?

Nothing at all in that area transmission was smooth as silk and over a day spreading muck it gradually got worse to the point where gear changes are painful
No noise or vibration on clutch take up at all, shuttling is very smooth but up changes are savage down changes are somewhat slow but very smooth!

Could be a sensor fault. If up changes are savage but down change is smooth that would say the accumulator is probably OK. The gearchange is influenced by numerous factors, forward speed, engine speed and load on the engine/transmission. The flywheel sensor is what tells the tractor what load it's under. Another thing to try is putting the trans in auto mode and seeing if it will change for you. I'd take the sensor out and see if the end is covered in crap, as that can intefere with the signal it gets from the damper.

UPDATE
All back to normal after a morning leading bales and fighting with the upshifts!!!
Put it on the Sumo at lunch time after being switched off for 30 mins jumped in and it was back to its normal self!
tried to calibrate and bingo all done shifting like a dream no issues at all.
Answers on a post card???!!!???

Has some one have a problem with New holland t7050 transmission calibration i changed the controll unit for transmision because off some fault code and with new unit fault is gone but have a problem with calibration always u78 came out when i wont to start calibration so i changed the damper plate front end midle sensor and still the same? Thank you
