Anybody used these, or similar? What are your thoughts?

Currently pre-dip with foaming cup, then wipe with paper towels, but it means two trips before applying cluster and (like all of us) I'm keen to speed the job up...

Used something similar from genus last winter, where you added a solution to a bucket of wipes and then tare out 1 sheet per cow. They worked well, but I found them to be a bit fiddly, and I felt paper towel was needed after also to dry the teat. Making it a two trip job to be 100%, therefore I have gome back to pre spray an iodine pre dip, and wipe with paper. Have plenty of paper roll holders for length of pit. Clean teats will take time!!

just got good heavy paper towels and soaked with teat spray worked out fine and a lot cheaper than some of the' wet wipes' you can buy

I use medicated wipes to achieve the “one pass” idea. Genus wipes are probably the top spec in terms of its germicide properties but just too fiddly. And expensive

I use the premium dairy wipes from pro. They are strong enough to pull a long length out of the roll and use like you would paper towel

I pre spray from the back to the front after closing back gate, then instead of using paper towels, I've a load of socks (good strong winter types) cut off at the ankle, so producing two halves, put my hand in one and proceed to dry working towards the back, turning the sock as I move from cow to cow, one half does five cows so takes one sock equivalent to do the side of 10 cows, after a couple of milkings when we've a bucket full chuck them in the washing machine, do have a few arms off jumpers aswell chucked in the mix but their not quite as good as too loose on your hand.

Have you taken any land out of production from last autumn?
