I am always grumbling about dog walkers coming through my yard with their dogs off lead, I think it's downright rude.
Today another one comes through but the dog trailing behind rather than 3 laps of the yard before the owner appears. The woman is 50 yards up the lane and the dog is still in my yard chewing something. Looks like a rabbit, but just a minute, it's got a long tail. Sure enough the dog has a rat.

No bad thing I think, one less healthy rat and if it wasn't healthy the dog just got a dose of poison too.

Nah, I reckon the rat was healthy but I spoke to the owner anyway. They say karma can be a bitch.
