TM165 transmission kit

Hi all, does anyone know if CNH do a transmission overhaul parts kit to suit a full powershift trans from a TM165?
Looking for all bearings, seals and clutch plates. Or do I need to buy everything individually?

Yes they like to charge u for every stroke of the shafting.

Is it preventative or repair?

Spent >£10k putting our 155 powercommand right after it developed a whine in higher gears. .

Mix of new bearings and seals and salvaged other bits such as shafts and gears.

Runs like a new one now, but so it bloody should.

Did a dealer do that?
It cost us £1800 in parts to fit all new clutch plates and seals + a few bearings in the main part of the gearbox. Was quoted around £12k by the dealer!

No, but it was a real mess. You could trace back the damage once it was stripped. Worn bearing had allowed excessive end movement in a shaft resulting in a chipped tooth which then beggared a succession of other gears on its way to the sump. Also anything that could have worn was worn. Think we replaced 2 shafts and various gears from salvaged machines. Once that was rectified I figured we’d passed a point of no return so did all seals, clutch plates, damper, bearings, various others. Make it good for another 9000hrs .

In non running condition was offered about £12.5k, in running condition these things (and it is still a pretty straight high spec machine on an 08 plate) still sell for >£20k, so after a bit of head scratching it did make sense to get it fixed. An equivalent nh, case,mf, valtra replacement at the time (2021) eg 5-6yr old 150-170hp, 5000hrs were at least £45k, I couldn’t square that cost in my head for a back up machine.
