At the risk of mentioning the C word before mid December, I bought myself a pressie today. It should also 'do' for the big birthday early next year.

The plan is not to park the 8100 and 8200 in the same shed then no-one will spot the difference. Chances?

Not. A. Chance

never relised you had a cherry 40 bale grab
I have had one for years, I don't use it that much but usually put several 56's in the feed passage to one of the cattle sheds for first dispatch, no head room there for the normal squeezer. Clearing that out now for obvious reasons.

The grab makes the 741 bleep even with not much boom out when there is 56 hay in it (I didn't know that they were for 40's) and you hope that you meet no-one round the yard when carrying it.

I remember now that you welded some of them, did you make the blue ones?

Yes, I suppose that the top 16 are just sitting there by gravity, not held in any way, a handy bit of kit though, I can stack a whole 56 on 4 pallets very quickly if they are a bit damp for example, the trailed one won't do that.

done 4000 bales of hay this year in about 2 weeks and never touched a bale,.

On Thursday 26th September, we’re holding a webinar for farmers to go through the guidance, actions and detail for the expanded Sustainable Farming Incentive (SFI) offer. This was planned for end of May, but had to be delayed due to the general election. We apologise about that.

Farming and Countryside Programme Director, Janet Hughes will be joined by policy leads working on SFI, and colleagues from the Rural Payment Agency and Catchment Sensitive Farming.

This webinar will be...
