What are you going to use the tanker for, if you don't mind my asking? That last photo looked like it was just the angle, and the blue trailer was parked behind the flat bed, but it really is in there! That's got to be overweight hasn't it?

Tanker is for rain water harvesting. I couldn’t believe that load. I could sort of understand if it was going just up the road, (but then you’d use a tractor to fetch it) but rumour was it was going down to the south west. And it was really windy yesterday!!

Gutter full of slime and so on - buildings manufacturer said that it would be fine to put this gutter in dead level, I argued but the frame was made with fixed brackets and not enough room to jack one end up at all - all my other gutters of a similar size - erected with fall - are dead clean

That’s not going to be 3 tonnes empty is it, it’s only a tandem 6 stud jobbie. The only thing I can really see wrong is it’s been loaded to far forwards! Trailer is not evenly loaded at all. I’ve seen much worse that were still under the 3.5t gross weight.

was reading a article about it in a haulage mag

That AS will be perfectly legal to move like that (assuming the car is rated correctly)
I've shifted a couple now and they are plated at 2.5t empty.
But yes it's way too far forward and probably illegal for having too much weight on hitch
