The AA is something we should all support financially with a good donation each year. These are proper chaps, and as just said you never want to see the inside of one but be reassured they are in service.

Coast guard. At one moment I was heading to scene and would be the first to give vital first aid to the casualty! Thankfully local nuclear police ( they carry a defib) beat me by 2 mins and this arrived as I did .

It’s incredibly humbling. Last two shouts have been a cardiac arrest and a stroke. Stroke victim I was first on scene and hopefully helped to save her life.

My mate helps looks after a private collection of toys and popped round with this tonight, took me for a we spin, what a machine, the noise and smell was mega.

Blair Colquhoun, can't remember the name of the farm. Milked about 250 cows and a fair bit of cereals as well. Was only there for 6 months during my year out. Nice part of the world.

So, have been really down since lockdown so needed a kick! Should have been in the Loire valley this week but staying at home. So got up at 4 am to watch this rise at 4:59 on the dot !Amazing and so good for mental health
