Today's Announcement of FETF for Animal Health and Welfare?

Does anyone know what the FETF grants will be for FETF from today's announcement.
I tries to go to the link on the DEFRA page but it says the page doesn't exist!!

Apart from doubling the management fee for the admin of SFI to £2k. I am not sure what there is for livestock farmers?
