Can anyone recommend a good quality diesel engine compression tester I'd be at old tractors all the time and a good test kit would be handy

Got one of these a few years back after (I think) a recommendation on this thread.Don't know if it's good or bad, but they seem to have a following on here and it's just come through on a promotion.
Stopped working under pressure so sent it back under their warranty scheme (3 years if registered with them at time of purchase), they picked it up and delivered back to me within 4 days and it's working fine again. From what I can gather it was basically service parts that were replaced rather than anything actually wrong so I have taken note of the part no.s so I can do it myself next time.
Very impressed with their service.

Do farmers have issues with diagnosing issues with machinery? If so what's the main resolution for diagnosis a problem?

I don’t want to speak for everyone buts its rare to get a bill less than 2k from a dealer these days. Good luck trying to develop software to diagnose different manufactures, think it’s nigh on impossible to get into their systems.
It's crackers, no wonder farmers are struggling.
I'm fairly certain that it is possible to buy the diagnostic software from the dealers.
