Problem is with Website Sales they very often sell stuff they don't stock

Just tell PayPal it hasn’t turned up. They’ll refund you with very little hassle in my experience
I got rider confirmation and an emailed invoice. Plus I created an account on their website so can view order status.
Nithing arrived from DHL today and tracking still says due yesterday
Ime DHL are like that , they underestimate quite often. dont take too much notice of tracking from them. ...it will probably arrive today. or the next time the van comes your way/ round .I got rider confirmation and an emailed invoice. Some companies are terrible
I bought some stuff on a website last year ,after a Month waiting i phoned them to be told sorry we were out of stock ,it turned up 6 weeks later

As an update:
After trying to ring numerous times every day and emails to the sales and accounts email accounts I still had no response. The phone just goes to answer machine.
That is until this morning when I messaged them through their facebook page. (Note their facebook does not allow anyone to leave a review, red flag)
I messaged them first thing and also tried to call a few times. The phone then magically answered just as I received a message promising me the order was to be delivered asap and offered 10% refund.
Told them I want 100% refund and cancel the order, the guy blamed a new system theyve gone to that has lost orders. I replied then why did you not respond to me emails and messages which included the order number, you knew there was a problem that should have been sorted.
He just kept saying it was the systems fault.
I said I want 100% refund by close of play...we will see....
