Tractor driving test

I've got someone looking to use one of my tractors for their driving test.
The tractor needs to have 'No trailer or attachment'. Am I correct to assume that the loader brackets on the tractor don't count as 'attachments'?

I had a lad doing his apprenticeship here wanted to use tractor to take his test only trouble it was 2,55m wide rung insurance and asked if I hired tractor in for him to take his test would it be covered answer was yes. Went to dealer and borrowed a tractor for day took it back when he'd done and asked how much they wanted for day, they asked if he'd passed then said that's alright then

Firstly I doubt the examiner would even know what loader brackets were and secondly, provided you’ve taken the loader off, they wouldn’t count anyway. Make sure the tractor is 2.45 m wide or less, clean, in a roadworthy condition and that your insurance for the driver is ok.

It was 16 years ago but I sat my tractor test with a loader on, tractor I was meant to use wouldn’t start when it came to doing the test. Asked tester if he wanted loader off it was only a five min job. He said it was fine as long as there was no attachment on the loader. Probably better with it off to be fair it’s one less thing to think about but I certainly wouldn’t be worried about the brackets.
