Hi, I’ve been thinking about putting a camera inside the grain trailer for loading. Most of the bulkers have these nowadays and it seems it would make loading trailers easier.
Any one have any thoughts?

Ah yes, shouting and waving arms at the old man through combine window as he speeds up and slows down with you as your trying to move up and down the trailer.. Favourite bit of harvest
Exactly, trying to reduce some of the stress of harvest. At least the stuff I have control over.

We have one rigged on the combine which transmits to a receiver in the cab of one of the trailers and displays on the CNH screen in said cab. Cost about £125 I seem to remember. It is OK and a help but a bigger window at the front is the better solution. It is great for front and back but poor for the sides.

As others have said set your speed at front of trailer let combine driver fill it starting at front and he can slow down a bit to fill the back all you have to do is keep spout in the middle .

That’s all we do, first tank fill front of trailer up to the window then you can still see the back to get some on back of trailer to spread weight. Second tank just cruise along side at X kmh and leave it to the combine driver. If you time it right when flashing lights come on two tanks is a comfortable load in trailer.
Got to be easier than squinting at a tiny screen that will no doubt loose signal at the key moments. ??
