Tree shears

I know we have discussed before but there are lots of different makes available nowadays. I'm looking for one to fit 5.5 tonne 360 excavator.
Mainly big hedge work and smallish low hanging tree branches.
Can easily be going on £10k for a big name with rotator.
However plenty around now for £3k plus without rotator.
Some are made in China when you check closely which isn't necessarily a problem if made well.
Has anyone any experience to share?

Which model have you?

060tsh without rotator. There are very few branches you cannot shear with all the movements of an excavator

I can vouch for the range of shears sold by Exac1 under the 'Bear claw' brand name, they are made in Finland by a company called Karhukoura, and are very solidly built. Mine has done a lot of work on my farm and I've not managed to bend or break anything yet! No idea what Exac1 are selling them for as I bought mine direct from the manufacturer about 5 years ago, so undoubtedly a lot cheaper than via an importer, and the pound/euro rate was better then too.

They seem to be making their own version now
