Tyre pressure advice

What would be a good pressure to run 650/85 r38 at for general work ? Ploughing/cultivations/grass work ?
Not looking to be constantly adjusting pressures tho !

Depends on the weight of the tractor and implements. One pressure for all applications and avoiding premature cracking means keeping tyres inflated for worst case scenario.

My 6215r jd with a 5 fur plough is 9300 kgs across the back axle .

So 17 psi in michelin 650 85 30 tyres

I don't carry much front weight only 500kgs so it's just a guess at 15 psi
