Tyre pressure advice

What would be a good pressure to run 650/85 r38 at for general work ? Ploughing/cultivations/grass work ?
Not looking to be constantly adjusting pressures tho !

Depends on the weight of the tractor and implements. One pressure for all applications and avoiding premature cracking means keeping tyres inflated for worst case scenario.
