Tyre pressures

4.2t Tractor on 540/65’s on the rear and 480/65’s on the front. How low could I drop the pressure in these? Towing rolls on soft reseeds, nothing mounted.

So @ 6 psi those tyres should carry over 7 tonne for speeds of under 10 kmh(6mph)

Michelin also recommend inflating an extra 0.4 bar (6psi) for side slopes .

And if you have to drive a long way at 40/50 k between fields you should be @ 0.8 bar (12 psi)
