Univoq / Iconiq drip stop issues?

I sprayed Univoq on Tuesday and Wednesday. No mix other than manganese. Noticed a few nozzles slow to open. Washed out on Wednesday after finishing. Ran some fresh water through the sprayer yesterday and loads of nozzle valve diaphragms had gone so replaced all 60. And then this morning the Ramsey valve diaphragms went too. So it seems the damage may take a few days to show itself.

Just ordered nozzle diaphragms from bateman due to many leaking, bits of rubber have eroded away allowing pin pr*ck holes , bit concerned about other components.

Sprayed Questar Wednesday/Thursday this week. Had 3 blocked nozzles but didn't think much of it at the time. Had a closer look at the nozzles today and at least 12 were partially blocked with little bits of rubber. Very annoying to have a compromised spray pattern on one of the most important/expensive spray applications of the year. Looks like some pipe sealant that has been dissolved. Also found several little plastic tabs in the primary filter which came off the spray can handles and fell into the induction bowl. The incredibly strong solvent smell it gives off is also terrible PR when spraying near the public. Won't be using again, shame as it looks like the best product on septoria.

Breezy now so have rinsed out the sprayer for tomorrow. No issues visible yet, but Ive got a diabolical headache. Cant remember feeling as awful after half a days spraying since we stopped using dimethoate.
I used some Priaxor and that stuff stinks and has made me feel rough.

Used last Saturday , first time . Could nt understand why I had 9 diaphragms fail in 60 ha but thought at time that as machine is 2 and half years old , must be their time is up . Have now seen this thread and now see the connection. Did another 80 ha yesterday but no issues but did luckly go on and do a round up job after so its had a wash out . To be fair , it's only original diaphams failing , ones I have replaced before seem ok .
Agree it stinks of solvent.

I thought the actual concentrate smelt quite nice. But the headache was bad, and I've somehow got some on my skin perhaps from when I got out to set the sirayer to rinse out and I've two patches of eczema on my elbows flare up and where the skin on my neck is I've clearly touched with my hands and it bloomin angry. Chem is nasty stuff in general but I think if I use this again I'll be taking more than the usual care.

What disappoints me is my Elatus Era which we had in stock was taken away on Wednesday and replaced with Univoq on Thursday. At the time I wasn’t aware of sprayer issues and thought it must have been swapped for sound agronomic reasons. Maybe it was. But I’m feeling a bit angry about it. I am just doing a bit of asking on here before completely losing my rag, or not.
Who swaps your chemical without consulting you?

It makes you wonder about these new chemicals, last year it was all about the disappointing results from revystar along with operators complaining of feeling unwell after using it and this year we've got univoq eating the insides of sprayers and again reports of operators feeling rough after using it.

I'll stick with being unfashionable and using ascra!!!!
