Is there a U.K. T sum map published anymore?
There is a free calculator for interested people available designed for amenity grass e.g. golf courses to time applications of pgr (Trinexapac-ethyl), but a day degree is a day degree what ever the end use: https://www.syngentaturf.co.uk/growing-degree-days
T Sum as I understand it is a form of customised day degree with a 4C base line in the UK
Amenity grass grows at 0-6C in the UK, so that either can be used as base temperature, AHDB suggest that 0C is used as the base for wheat, https://ahdb.org.uk/knowledge-libra...llering-growth-stages-in-winter-wheat-gs1-gs2
