Vaderstad rapid 400f planting problem

Got a vaderstad rapid 400f drill, planted stubble turnips back end of August. Some of the field has grown well but there is 3rd that hasn't grown at all. Also another field has several strips that haven't grown in random places almost like the drill isn't switching in and out properly. Any ideas what this might be? Many thanks
