Who are at the top of the tree pulling the strings for this eat processed veggie slop?
I don’t mean Greta and her pals.
Who is forcing governments to chase this agenda?
The mega rich , like Bill Gates, with an eye on having us all eat their brand of veggie burgers ?
Boils my blood that the Nfu etc just toe the line. 🤬👎

Other vegan food is available, not just the junk crap that's being pushed by the food multinationals and supermarkets. So I wouldn't get carried away with this article. It could easily have said meat based junk food isn't good for you, the Standard American Diet isn't good for anyone either, but then it's not the actual meat that's the problem.......

A vegan diet that is actually good for you requires a lot of effort to prepare and then eat than most will ever do. Veggie is far easier and probably a lot healthier to boot....

Far more effort is required than a silly student buying some Tescburies vegan sausages, to "save the planet"!

Actually I've read the article now and it's not the worst thing I've ever seen on the BBC website. The nutritionist involved is actually better the usual standard of "nutritionist". Still a couple of big problems in there but overall not a bad effort. 6.5/10
