Chanced across this product earlier today while surfing....

I wonder how well it would work on sheep, especially resistant strains?

£20 to do 2 animals for 5 months. That’s £24/year per animal 😮 breeding/buying low FEC stock/rams would be far cheaper

I did see it cheaper, but not much. I have zero intention of a purchase :)

As much as anything, I was intrigued by the claims. THe use of Herbal Leys have seen beneficial results of the inclusion of chicory as an anthelmintic in controlling worms in stock I believe.

Looks like a pelleted version of snake oil to me.

If you found it while you were surfing, it strikes me it can't be much use if folks are chucking it in the sea

You need edumacated, lad!

Getin the chems into the seaweeds, ain't they!
Seaweeds they then spread on the ground, dunt they!!

Wormer in the grasses. Less dosing, more grazing

For a long time they have had a full page advert in the RBST magazine, so assume from that that they must be selling a reasonable amount. Would certainly be interesting to read someones experience of using it.

Indeed. They would appear to be targeting a certain user base.

Been a while since I paid RBST subs as we no longer keep any rare breeds, other than Herself....

I seem to recall in trial work it had some efect but once did field trials. could not. back up it up
but higher levels of some minerals etc would have a efect on the immune responses which in turn could help animals handle lower numbers.
