Email me at [email protected] if YOU are willing to build a tractor protest in your area.

Or am I pissing in the wind?
Please spell out precisely what the demands are. We are not French, we are busy people and will not jump in to protesting for the sake of protesting. We need demands which are clear and actionable and can make a real difference, without those then yes, you will be just pissing in the wind and pissing off the public.

First of all the union should be all over this news story, with a handful of media savy people all singing from the same hymn sheet. But they're not.
A clear easy to understand message of your grievences. Not got that either.
It will be no good protesting at Easter the boat will have sailed, strike now while the iron is hot. It's news and happening all over Europe, jump on the bandwagon.

I'm happy for you to organise your own protest demanding your own demands. I'm sure they will be in the farmers interests. The more protests, the stronger the negotiating position for any demands. see earlier thread for my personal priorities.

Not good enough I am afraid. We near an industry wide, united message, it needs to be very clear and with very specific demands. I have not heard you suggest one specific and practical action you wish our government to implement.

We need say 20 tractors on every A road and I mean every A road for say an hour ,just to show what we could do within minutes before bringing out the big turnouts and total road blockage if not taken seriously.
