COVID is making it impossible to get Michelin’s and treleborgs down here in Aussie, my tyre man has recommended Vredesteins. I’ve never heard of them, he reckons they’re big in the uk
Opinions appreciated.

They have a slightly different tread pattern than the other 2. Dont run them soft as they will crack. They wear well and run nice on the road. Good tyre

single cracks at each lug or lots of little ones. This picture is of some brand new combine rears, went like this after a couple of days use. Uk vredestein man says it only superficial. 🤦‍♂️🤨. He’s ment to been coming to have a look.

They do ware well but as mentioned, they will go in the walls, if you will ware them out in 5 years you won,t have a problem.

Personally I’d look at anything else tyre wise as binned a full set off a tractor of Vredesteins around 10 years ago with around 75% tread remaining due to horrendously soft and breaking up side walls ( could literally put your fist through the side walls of those tyres) .

As mentioned tread will outlast sidewall. Happened to me on traxion plus. But if doing over 1000hrs a year on road you'll get your money worth
