I'm looking to rent a hardstanding yard ideally with a covered area. Looking at around 15,000 - 25,000 sq ft, however we would be happy to look at smaller and larger areas than that for the right plot and rates.
It's to be used as a satellite depot of a company that has been operating for 15+ years (good accounts and trade references available), use would be mainly vehicle movements up to 44tn Artics. Looking for a long term lease 10+years, again would be happy to consider shorter for the right plot.
