*Wanted* land with lake to lease/buy

Hi,
First post on this forum so forgive me if I’m posting in the wrong place.

We are hoping to find any land owners who have a lake available/not in use who would be willing to lease the pond/lake or potentially sell it.

Ideally around an acre in size or larger and within the Dorset or Somerset area. The idea would be to create a very private fishing syndicate. We would of course stock it and maintain the lake and any work that needs doing we would do that.
