Warming up sprayer water

Need to get some pre emergence spray on, any ideas on warming the water so it doesnt freeze. Plastic water tank.

You can go to lots of hassle getting the water to warm to get it into the sprayer for the booms ot then freeze up when using it in the field. Then you are stuck with the stuff in the tank without lots of hassle getting it out. Had this happen to me.

Years ago I used to spray manganese, that used to warm up in the tank especially with some of the mixes the crop walker came up with. Just mix these in a bucket first in case they don't work together would often appear on the spray sheet. God rest his soul.

I had plenty of lumps to crush, my boss used to get hold of Chinese stuff, would come in 10kg bags made of that plastic Hessian type with a polythene bag liner. All very well but it was if they had been left out on the deck of the boat they came in on. I spent more time pulling strands of the plastic weave from the bags out of the filters, that and cracking lumps in a tin bucket with a lump hammer

He did spoil me a couple of times and I got some in water soluble packaging, probably would have been ok like some other chemicals you could get at the time. Whether it was that things didn't quite go to plan if the water heated up or they just were crap but you just ended up with a gooey mess in the filters of half dissolved plastic
