Water couplings identification please

Moving on from my imploded tanker / insurance thread, I have bought a new to us tanker with the following coupling on.

is anyone able to ID this type of coupling - the straight edge has thrown me from a normal cam coupling.

I am pretty sure that the coupling is a fire hose coupling.

There is or was a guy called @simplertrader (?) on here that dealt with all sprayer fittings plus other fittings like yours , not sure if he is still with us or if I have the correct name ?

The threaded end will be a common size so just convert it to something readily available (such as a normal camlock) rather than arsing on trying to find some spurious fitting

Looks like fire hose fittings. Google instantaneous fire hose fittings.
