Watson fuels

They are normally great for us cheapest and fastest delivery. Since the 'fuel crisis' they have been a bit crap. 2 week wait times that turned into 2 and a half and for the first time wouldn't give a price.

A few months ago ordered 3000Lkerosene and 7000L red diesel to be delivered to farm.
Watson's lorry came, only had 1/2 kero and 1/2 red which we had ordered. Delivered the kero, but couldn't deliver red until afternoon (3hrs later) even though it was on his lorry and he had done a line change from red to kero!!
This was because the computer had worked his route out and he wasn't allowed to change it.
Another lorry brought the remainder next day.
3 deliveries for 1 order.
Talk about inefficient.
Think it's American owned now.

An order from Boiler Juice a couple of weeks ago was postponed for 10 days but then delivered on the original planned day. At the time of postponement their website said due to high demand they were not taking anymore orders. All up and running again now though.
