Nope, He is genuinely interested in farming and the Countryside, unlike many 'voices' out there today .

anyone who cant move on (and that includes bitterness and being affected by) after "an error of judgement (which we all make )

needs to takes a look at themselves candidly or go to a psychiatrist or just do like most do just grow up.

Just listened to his podcast with James Winslade. Here's a few notes if anyone else has been following Mr.Price and the River Lugg, flooding and his dealings with EA etc.

Like the Fens, his inland farm in West Somerset is less than 10 meters above sealevel

- Heavy rains, more housing being built nearby, less river dredging and poor moorland management means these farms are getting more flooding problems than they used (like everywhere else - the speakers mentioned Tewkesbury!).

-This combined with onshore tidal surges makes this worse despite pumping and "flaps". So, water comes from sky, together with what comes down from the uplands which meets the tidal waters that come inland from the sea. All of which settles on farmlands on the Levels.

He described his 1000acres as being in a bowl that is dependent on an artifically banked River Tone that carries the water higher than the surrounding fields with almost zero flow rate because the land's so flat.
